Properties:

The UW13 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys.

It can be used for a wide range of exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral deltoids, to the latissimus dorsi and the erector spinae.
The bar length and handle spacing allow for exercises with both narrow and wide grips, resulting in an effective workout. The handles are angled.

Thanks to this, during each exercise they engage alternative muscle attachments compared to the straight grip.

The rubberized handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, preventing slippage. The handle is made of steel, allowing for training with significant weights.
