The set consists of a bar, 3 pairs of plates with different loads and butterfly clamps.

The bar and plates are made of high-quality chrome-plated steel, ensuring exceptional durability. The bar is covered with a pleasant-to-touch foam that fits comfortably in the hand, prevents slippage during exercise, and prevents calluses and abrasions. The plates are covered with colored rubber, each color representing a different weight. This absorbs every impact – dropping the barbell on the ground won t damage the floor or itself. Importantly, the plates have a hexagonal shape, which is optimal for body pump exercises, preventing it from rolling away uncontrollably when the barbell is placed or dropped. The included clamps allow for proper pressure on the plates and keep them in place regardless of the exercise being performed.
