1. Can the length of the elastic bands be adjusted?
The standard bands are quite long to accommodate taller individuals with long arm reach. Shorter individuals with shorter arm reach can tie the bands halfway down to reduce their length, adapting them to their needs.
2. I would like to increase the resistance of the bands, how do I do it?
The easiest way is to shorten their length, this can be done by tying them in half so that by shortening them you achieve greater resistance.
