The GO 200cm HMS is an Olympic straight bar with spring clamps. Its gripping area is carefully knurled to ensure a secure and comfortable hold. Two spring clamps are included. These clamps ensure a stable load position on the bar during exercises. This device is ideal for upper body strengthening, bench training, and lifting. The Olympic straight bar is suitable for exercises using weights with a 50 mm diameter hole. Special bushings ensure safe training. The bar s diameter of 28 mm (25 mm for the GO 120) ensures high durability and comfortable exercise. The chrome-plating process ensures the bar retains its appearance for a very long time and also provides the best protection against rust.
