The P2 paddle is designed for kicking training. Its design allows the trainer s hand to be relatively far from the kicking zone, reducing the risk of injury. Additional strapping prevents the pad from slipping out of the hand during a strike. We recommend this pad primarily for those practicing Taekwondo, Karate, Muay Thai, and other stand-up styles that often use kicks.

The pad is filled with specialized, high-density polyurethane foam, characterized by excellent shock absorption and long durability. The pad is lightweight yet provides excellent impact absorption. The foam used is resistant to compaction, ensuring the pads retain their properties for a long time.
The float is made of a reinforced type of synthetic leather that is durable and easy to keep clean.

The shield has a comfortable handle and an additional strap to prevent it from falling out of your hand during strong kicks.
