Simply slide the locking mechanism to the open position (lock open), insert the appropriate plates, and then close the locking mechanism (lock closed). The entire process takes literally seconds. A key advantage of the KR40 HMS is its ergonomic shape and comfortable, wide, non-slip, powder-coated handle. These features ensure maximum usability and safety during exercise. The 3 cm diameter handle fits comfortably in any hand. The flat bottom of the weight ensures stable support.
